Of her fab figure, Jess says: "I didn't gain as much weight with my second pregnancy plus I did prenatal yoga right up until the very end."
Variety is the spice of life when it comes to Jess' workout regime.
She alternates between the gym, her treadmill at home, swimming, and yoga to keep from becoming bored - with high-intensity cardio interval training a particular favourite.
The Fantastic Four star is also careful what she eats. She says: "I include a lot of vegetables and lean protein and fruit and grains in my diet."
