Working with personal trainer Justin Gelband, the Sports Illustrated model keeps her figure with circuit training workouts.
Sample routines include stretching exercises with elastic bands to work the back, chest, and legs, followed by Pilates, yoga, or kickboxing with work on the BOSU ball and core board, then step-ups and moves on a step ladder.
As if that wasn't enough, Kate also follows the Blood Type Diet.
Gelband says of the beauty: "Kate is one in a million! She always puts in a whole-hearted effort to her workouts and is always ready to work.
He adds: “She would put in seven days a week if I let her!"
