Curvy Kelly Brook is renowned for being a proud size 10.

Men everywhere could be heard cheering when Kelly revealed her best tip for toning was having sex.

The star also has a personal trainer to stay fit and tries to hit the gym at least three times a week. She prefers outdoor activities, like riding a bike, swimming, or walking her dog.

Kelly said: “I love cranking the music up and hula-hooping for about ten minutes.”

The curvy beauty is allegedly a devotee of the macrobiotic diet.
