Francia Raisa exposed her “Black Underwear” accidentally in the Teen Choice Awards 2012

While Raisa won the unofficial award for the most embarrassing moment, it was Taylor Swift who was the night's big winner. 
The 22-year-old singer-and-actress took home authentic full-sized surfboard prizes for Choice Female Music Artist, Choice Country Artist and Choice Movie Voice for her performance as Audrey in the animated film adaptation of Dr. Seuss' book 'The Lorax' at the ceremony held at the Gibson Amphitheatre.
