Cheerleading routines introduced their “Bikini” variants in the Olimpic beach volleyball

For years, the sport of volleyball has suffered in comparison to its cooler, sexier sister sport Beach Volleyball.

And at the Olympics, it's always the beach version - with its troupes of dancers in skimpy outfits and DJs pumping out the hot tunes - that's the hottest ticket in town.
