Youtube! Kate Upton and Kellan Lutz model poses in a new fashion campaign

A walk on vibrant Venice Beach would bring a smile to most people's faces.

But for Kate Upton and Kellan Lutz it was moodiness all the way as they struck their sulkiest model poses in a new fashion campaign, shot on the the breezy shores of the bohemian Los Angeles neighbourhood.

The 19-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model diversified from her usual bikini costume - remaining fully clothed in an array of stylish ensembles for the Dylan George and Abbot + Main Autumn/ Winter 2012 collection.

Hot wheels and high heels: The Sport Illustrated model kept her clothes on for the shoot - diversifying from her bikini staple

She left it to Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz to do the flesh-baring, with the 27-year-old actor and model appearing shirtless for most of the behind-the-scenes video.

Lutz - who was recently cast to play Tarzan in an upcoming 3D movie - revealed that he cut out carbs and ate a high-protein diet in preparation for the shoot.

Speaking to Just Jared, Lutz said: 'I try to always stay active and run regularly, but the most important regimen I do to prep for a shoot is my dieting.

'Eating the right foods is just as important as working out the right way,” Kellan explained exclusively about prepping for a photo shoot.

'For this shoot, I cut out carbs a week before and ate a lot of chicken and vegetables three times a day, drank gallons of water each day.'

He went on: 'During the shoot I would drop down and do push-ups and crunches throughout the day to keep the definition needed for each shot.'

Two new lines were released yesterday, available to see on dylangeorge.com and abbotmain.com.

Kellan has worked with the brands before, appearing in campaigns alongside the likes of Victoria's Secret Mode Anne V.

Lutz teamed up with denim specialist and celebrity favourite Dylan George founder Danny Guez in early 2011.

Together they launched Abbot + Main, a collection of knits for men and women.

This latest behind the scene video show Kate and Kellan strutting against a sun-drenched backdrop of palm trees.

The pair get up close and personal for the shoot, sitting astride a scooter in some sequences as well as driving around in a vintage car.
