Melanie Brown hard "Green Bikini" body on Sydney Harbour Bridge

She became the face of one of the world's leading weight loss companies last autumn as she made a bid to shift the pounds after her third child.
And although Mel B has worked hard to drop the post-pregnancy weight, the results of which are all too clear to see, it might be that she has taken it a bit too far.
The former Spice Girl was snapped on board a yacht with her husband Stephen Belafonte in a green patterned bikini which showed off her toned physique, the result of her programme with Jenny Craig and a tough exercise regime.

Eyes only for each other: Mel and Stephen made the most of their time alone as she pulled him in for a kiss
I think we're being watched: As Stephen clocked the cameras, Mel pulled him close to her again
But despite the 37-year-old's impressive physique and rock hard abdomen, she had lost her famous curves around her hips and bottom and instead looked very boyish.
Thankfully she had not lost any around her bust and still boasts an ample bosom, which struggled to be contained in the bikini top.
Me and my man: Mel gave Stephen a hug as he took them for a sail around the harbour
Stunning: Mel and Stephen larked about on board as the sun set behind the Sydney Harbour Bridge
In what appeared to be posed-for pictures, Mel and Stephen enjoyed a romantic sail around Sydney Harbour as the sun set behind them.
The couple were no doubt making the most of their time together before jetting off the to UK where Mel will be a guest judge for the X Factor and the Manchester auditions.

Boyish: Mel has clearly worked hard to lose her post-pregnancy weight but has lost her curvy bottom and hips in the process
Now permanently living Down Under, Mel joined the judging panel of the Australian version of the show alongside Ronan Keating last autumn.
But she said she was delighted to heading home and added: 'I’m so, so, so excited to be a guest judge in Manchester. Being a northern girl, I believe there’s lots of amazing talent in the north of England. I am coming to find the winner.
The wind in her hair: Mel didn't look like she had a care in the world as she stood up and admired the view from the top of the boat

Which way should we go? Mel and Stephen look around them before heading off round the bay
'I love my job as a judge on The X Factor Australia, but it will be great to sit on the panel in the UK. Britain is, and always will be, my home and first love.'
Bikini babe: The extent of Mel's exercise and diet regime showed as she showed off her new frame in her two piece
