In rom-com LOL the 19 year old pop-star turned actress has a steamy sex scene with her hunky Brit co-star Douglas Booth.

When asked how she prepared for the raunchy role Miley said: 'Breath mints, stomach crunches, spray tan. Plus workouts to make my boobs look bigger, perk them up.'

Miley, who many will know best as Billy Ray Cyrus's daughter, confessed that her initial nerves filming the steamy scenes soon vanished.

Miley is equally comfortable talking about her sex life in real life as she is discussing it in her work.

She admitted that her own 'first time' made her think differently about things saying:

'I think it does change you as a person a little bit because you start thinking maybe that's what guys want from you.'

Miley has been dating her Hunger Games beau Liam for almost three years, they officially went public with their relationship in September 2009.
