And while many may scoff at her holier-than-thou attitude when it comes to her healthy lifestyle, it would seem that Gwyneth Paltrow is having the last laugh.

Because the actress looked svelte, sexy and in fantastic shape as she enjoyed a family holiday in Sardinia this weekend.

Gwyneth was snapped climbing on board her private yacht and frolicking on the beach in a red bikini, which she had changed into from a hot pink strapless one.

Earlier in the day she was snapped walking on the sand in a white stripey bikini.
